Overview
A meeting and interview note tool for sales reps, freelancers, and licensed professionals that centralizes discussion details, issues, action items, sentiment scores, and next steps entirely in the browser. No sign-up required, ready to use on your phone, with data stored in your device's localStorage.
Key Features
- Record date and time, company name, contact name, job title, meeting type, conversation summary, issues, next actions, due dates, and sentiment scores on a single screen
- Saves JSON equivalent to contacts[] and meetings[] in localStorage
- Dashboard showing next actions for today, tomorrow, and this week, plus the 5 most recent entries and average score
- Per-contact meeting history, previous issue/action item banners, and sentiment trend charts powered by Chart.js
- All next actions listed by due date, with completion checkboxes and color coding for overdue, due today, and due this week
- Search and filter by company name, contact name, full note text, meeting type, sentiment score, and date range
- CSV export, JSON export/import, delete all, and light/dark theme toggle
Setup Steps
- Create an account on AI App Lab (if you haven't)
- Download
installer.phpfrom your dashboard - Upload to your server's public directory and run it
- Enter API token → select this app → enter DB info → done
