A dashboard for freelancers, sole proprietors, and small businesses that centralizes payment status and due dates for every invoice. Quickly switch between unpaid, partially paid, paid, and canceled states, and get clear visibility into overdue invoices, upcoming payments, and monthly billed and outstanding amounts.

- Invoice management with client name, invoice number, amount, issue date, due date, and notes
- One-click switching between four statuses: invoiced, partially paid, paid, and canceled
- Automatic detection of due today, due within 3 days, and overdue, with overdue count and total shown at the top
- Generates reminder emails prefilled with unpaid invoice details, displayed for easy copying
- Canvas bar charts visualizing billed, received, and outstanding amounts over the last 12 months
- Search bar with filters by status, client name, and month
- CSV export of the currently displayed list
Setup Steps
- Create an account on AI App Lab (if you haven't)
- Download
installer.phpfrom your dashboard - Upload to your server's public directory and run it
- Enter API token → select this app → enter DB info → done
