Overview
A scheduling tool that makes it easy to coordinate plans among multiple people. No login required — just share a URL. Participants mark their availability with ○/△/×, and the best candidate dates and times are suggested automatically. Simple grid display in the style of Chouseisan.
Key Features
- Create events by entering the event name, description, location, and deadline
- Share with participants via a random URL (no sign-up required)
- Participants enter their name and select ○ (available), △ (conditional), or × (unavailable)
- Color-coded results grid that highlights the candidate date and time with the most ○ votes
- Event management with password protection and an admin key
- Export results to CSV (with BOM for Excel compatibility)
- Responsive design for both desktop and mobile
Setup Steps
- Create an account on AI App Lab (if you haven't)
- Download
installer.phpfrom your dashboard - Upload to your server's public directory and run it
- Enter API token → select this app → enter DB info → done
