installer.phpfrom your dashboard - Upload to your server's public directory and run it

post #884 の改善として、管理者設定からPHP mail()によるメール通知を有効化できるようになりました。新規申請時は管理者へ、承認・差戻し時は申請者へ通知できます。社員マスタに任意のメールアドレス欄を追加し、通知を無効のまま使う既存運用にも影響しません。
