• Inquiry content

2. Purpose of Use

• For development, distribution, and license management of Distributed Apps

5. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service uses cookies to improve User convenience and manage sessions.

• Session cookies: Maintaining login state and CSRF protection
• Functional cookies: Storing User settings

Users may refuse cookies through their browser settings; however, in such cases some features of the Service may become unavailable.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

1. The Company retains User information for the period necessary to provide the Service.
2. When a User deletes their account, registration information will be deleted within 30 days after withdrawal. However, information that must be retained by law or that is needed for fraud investigation will be deleted after the necessary period has passed.
3. Posts on the Request Board may be retained in anonymized form as reference material for the Service.

7. Information Security

The Company takes the following safety management measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information.

• One-way hashing of passwords (e.g., bcrypt)
• Encryption of communications via HTTPS
• Prevention of unauthorized access via access control, firewalls, etc.
• Personal information protection training for employees
• Appropriate supervision of service providers

8. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Users may make the following requests to the Company regarding their own personal information.

• Disclosure of personal information
• Correction, addition, or deletion of personal information
• Suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties

Such requests are accepted via the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable period after verifying the requester's identity.
